What are components?

This article explains what components are and who can change them.

Components are the content blocks that make up the email you create in EmailShepherd. These are created in your Email Design System and can be edited by your Email Design System developer.

Change a component

Requirements

You must have the Developer or Admin role to change a component. If your organization uses custom roles, your role needs the Update Email Design Systems permission.

Components are edited in the Component Builder of the Email Design System that the component lives in. To open it, go to the EDS’s Components tab and click Edit in Component Builder.
